Powder coating sprayer wanted in Gwagwalada

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Gwagwalada, Federal Capital Territory. You will be based in a busy paint shop. Day to day you will stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Six days a week, one day off. ₦185,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
