Fast-fit technician • Macon County, Alabama

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fast-fit technician in Macon County, Alabama. You will be based at a car service centre. Day to day you will carry out wheel alignment and adjust camber and toe; handle truck and bus tyres, including split-rim assemblies; demount worn tyres from rims using a tyre changer machine; repair punctures with mushroom plugs and internal patches; check tread depth with a depth gauge and spot uneven wear. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of correct torque settings and TPMS resets • Able to lift heavy car and truck tyres repeatedly • Comfortable working outdoors and in all weathers 5+ years on the tools preferred.
