Vacancy available: we are hiring an automotive paint technician in Lancaster County, Virginia. The job is in a car refinishing workshop. Your main tasks: • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss • Apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish Ideal candidate: • Able to read and match factory paint codes • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing We offer $4,700 per month plus benefits.
