Urgent requirement: captain waiter (Ekiti State)

Now hiring: we are hiring a captain waiter in Irepodun/Ifelodun, Ekiti State. What we are looking for: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change Day-to-day duties: • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
