Vertical milling machine operator wanted in Fillmore County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a vertical milling machine operator in Fillmore County, Nebraska. What we are looking for: • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces Day-to-day duties: • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
