Kitchen steward wanted in New Hanover County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchen steward in New Hanover County, North Carolina. You will work at a cloud kitchen. What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure On the job you will handle: • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils Pay around $5,000 per month, based on your experience.
