Powder coating line operator wanted in Plymouth

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Plymouth, England. You will work at a powder coating unit. The role involves sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches. You should have: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Willing to work shifts and overtime 4+ years on the tools preferred.
