Shakeout operator wanted in Hutchinson County

Now hiring: we are hiring a shakeout operator in Hutchinson County, Texas. You will work in a non-ferrous casting shop. Ideal candidate: • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts • Knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding Day-to-day duties: • Maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings • Operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant • Apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity • Check melt temperature with a pyrometer before pouring Meals and transport allowance provided.
