The role involves inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes; stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance; set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers; meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality. Requirements: • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
