Powder coating technician — Lafayette County

Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Lafayette County, Florida. You will be based at a fabrication and coating plant. You will set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks. Ideal candidate: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Willing to work shifts and overtime Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
