Powder coater wanted in McIntosh County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coater in McIntosh County, Georgia. You will be based at an automotive components factory. On the job you will handle: • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Rotating shifts.
