Pipe TIG welder — Oshodi/Isolo

Immediate opening: we are hiring a pipe TIG welder in Oshodi/Isolo, Lagos State. Your main tasks: • Clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush • Strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal • Read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing • Sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size • Clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding • Inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut Ideal candidate: • ITI or trade certificate in welding an advantage • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety Pay around ₦285,000 per month, based on your experience.
