Vacancy available: we are hiring a chef de partie in East Sussex, England. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Your main tasks: • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases Full-time with occasional weekends.
