Urgent requirement: we are hiring a catering cook in Woodford County, Kentucky. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. You will plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; prepare the mise en place before each service. Ideal candidate: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat 4+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts.
