We are recruiting: we are hiring an auto body repairer in Lubbock County, Texas. You will work in a smash repair workshop. You should have: • Trade certificate in auto body repair an advantage • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports Day to day you will treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection; strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair; straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains; mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour; pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder. 1+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
