Immediate opening: we are hiring a metal roofing fitter in Craig County, Virginia. You should have: • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems • A good head for heights and steady balance Day to day you will strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck; set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing; carry out leak inspections and patch repairs; nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses; solder and seam standing-seam metal roof sheets; seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
