Incoming goods inspector • Morehouse Parish, Louisiana

We are recruiting: we are hiring an incoming goods inspector in Morehouse Parish, Louisiana. Day-to-day duties: • Calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift • Inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting • Verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing • Escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer • Check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch Ideal candidate: • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing Full-time with occasional weekends.
