Join our team: we are hiring an oven operator in Shoshone County, Idaho. You should have: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen On a typical shift you will monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight. At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. $4,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
