Panel welder wanted in Saint Croix County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a panel welder in Saint Croix County, Wisconsin. You should have: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium Your main tasks: • Maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose • Check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator • Load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls • Control distortion with a balanced welding sequence • Change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch 6+ years on the tools preferred.
