Paint booth operator • Liberty County, Montana

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Liberty County, Montana. You will be based at a fabrication and coating plant. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting Day-to-day duties: • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse Meals and transport allowance provided.
