Your main tasks: • Weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through • Clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding • Strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal • Back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise Ideal candidate: • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection • Able to pass a weld test on the spot Pay around $3,800 per month, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
