Powder spray gun operator — Igbo-Etiti

Now hiring: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Igbo-Etiti, Enugu State. Your main tasks: • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches What we are looking for: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Rotating shifts.
