Gang bricklayer wanted in Erath County

Join our team: we are hiring a gang bricklayer in Erath County, Texas. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of mortar mixes and bonds (stretcher, English, Flemish) • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding • Able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks Day to day you will building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation; laying bricks to the line, level and plumb; pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints; buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge. At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $3,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
