Godown forklift operator wanted in East Feliciana Parish

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a godown forklift operator in East Feliciana Parish, Louisiana. You will work at a busy distribution centre. What we are looking for: • Able to read pick lists and operate an RF scanner • Good awareness of load stability and health and safety On a typical shift you will load and unload pallets from trucks and shipping containers; read the load capacity plate and never exceed the rated lift limit; carry out pre-shift checks on the forks, tyres, mast and hydraulics; position the forks square and tilt the mast to secure the load; log damaged pallets, leaks and faults in the defect book; shrink-wrap and label palletised loads before dispatch. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
