Requirements: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness The role involves: • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Clear and reset tables between covers • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left Rotating shifts.
