You should have: • Attention to detail for date codes and labelling • Understanding of basic food hygiene for food packing • Willing to work rotating shifts, including nights Day-to-day duties: • Weigh and portion products before bagging • Wipe down and sanitise the line following hygiene rules • Record production counts on the shift sheet • Change over film rolls and reset the heat sealer Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
