Urgent requirement: waiter (Kentucky)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a waiter in Marion County, Kentucky. Ideal candidate: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel Day to day you will upsell starters, desserts and beverages; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; clear and reset tables between covers; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments.
