MIG welder wanted in Washington County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a MIG welder in Washington County, Missouri. On the job you will handle: • Set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness • Maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose • Read fabrication drawings and weld symbols • Strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc • Bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding Ideal candidate: • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test $3,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
