Urgent requirement: steel fixing chargehand (Kentucky)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a steel fixing chargehand in Boyd County, Kentucky. You will work at a high-rise construction project. What we are looking for: • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites The role involves: • Bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine • Lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors • Fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings • Tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers • Set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift Full-time, day shift. $21 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
