Powder coating technician • Calabar South, Cross River State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Calabar South, Cross River State. The role involves pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat. What we are looking for: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes 5+ years on the tools preferred.
