Overhead (EOT) crane operator • La Crosse County, Wisconsin

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an overhead (EOT) crane operator in La Crosse County, Wisconsin. You will be based at a container port and shipping yard. Requirements: • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Able to read load charts and lifting plans Your main tasks: • Set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground • Fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure • Keep a safe distance from overhead power lines • Hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control • Read and interpret the load chart before every lift • Work out the load weight and the lifting radius At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
