Join our team: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Crawford County, Iowa. You will work at a powder coating unit. Your main tasks: • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches Requirements: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens Part-time with flexible hours.
