Crane rigger • Livingston County, Missouri

Now hiring: we are hiring a crane rigger in Livingston County, Missouri. You will be based in a heavy machinery workshop. The role involves check sling angles to stay within the working load limit; read lift plans and method statements before starting; coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller; rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position; select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight; direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around $3,400 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
