Waterproofing applicator wanted in Orange County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a waterproofing applicator in Orange County, Vermont. You will be based on a high-rise façade. Ideal candidate: • Able to read construction drawings and specifications • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles The role involves: • Spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness • Lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding • Fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors • Prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application • Carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks • Work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness We offer $3,800 per month plus benefits.
