Tandoor cook — Suru

Now hiring: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Suru, Kebbi State. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate The role involves: • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases Rotating shifts.
