Steward wanted in Dallam County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a steward in Dallam County, Texas. You will work in a hotel kitchen. You should have: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred The role involves: • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. $150 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
