Coating plant operator — Funtua

Join our team: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Funtua, Katsina State. The role involves cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens 6+ years on the tools preferred.
