Refrigeration and AC mechanic — Camden County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a refrigeration and AC mechanic in Camden County, Missouri. The job is at a food processing plant. What we are looking for: • Comfortable handling refrigerant gases and gauge manifolds • Own a set of hand tools and a gauge manifold • Available on-call and at weekends for breakdowns Day-to-day duties: • Replace compressors, filter driers and expansion valves • Trace leaks with an electronic detector and soap solution • Pull a vacuum on the system and check for trapped moisture • Charge systems with refrigerant (R134a, R410a, R404a) to the correct weight • Wire up thermostats, contactors and overload relays At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around $16 per hour, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
