Safety officer wanted in Reeves County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a safety officer in Reeves County, Texas. The role involves: • Audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges • Stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action • Conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task • Investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports • Verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates Requirements: • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
