Baker — Garfield County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a baker in Garfield County, Washington. You will work at a neighbourhood confectionery. Day-to-day duties: • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight Ideal candidate: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • 2+ years' experience as a baker 3+ years on the tools preferred.
