Join our team: we are hiring a mall security guard in Carteret County, North Carolina. You will be based in a corporate office building. Your main tasks: • Check fire exits, locks, gates and seals during rounds • Man the reception desk and direct visitors to the right block • Raise the alarm and follow the evacuation drill in an emergency • Operate the metal detector and hand-held scanner at the door • Detain shoplifters or trespassers and hand them over to police Ideal candidate: • Physically fit and able to stand for long hours • Valid PSARA / security guard licence • Clean police verification with no criminal record $5,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
