Great opportunity: we are hiring a car refinisher in Grand Isle County, Vermont. The role involves: • Apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch Requirements: • Able to read and match factory paint codes • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $4,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
