Commercial refrigeration engineer • Horry County, South Carolina

We are recruiting: we are hiring a commercial refrigeration engineer in Horry County, South Carolina. You will be based at a food processing plant. Day to day you will measure the compressor motor's amperage draw with a clamp meter; replace compressors, filter driers and expansion valves; braze copper pipework and joints with an oxy-acetylene torch; read suction and discharge pressures on the manifold gauges; trace leaks with an electronic detector and soap solution. What we are looking for: • Willing to work at heights and inside cold rooms • 2+ years hands-on experience in refrigeration and AC • Available on-call and at weekends for breakdowns At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
