We are recruiting: gantry crane operator (Maine)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a gantry crane operator in Hancock County, Maine. You will help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone; fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure; fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports; keep a safe distance from overhead power lines; grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands. Ideal candidate: • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • A good head for heights for tower crane work Full-time with occasional weekends.
