Immediate opening: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Fayette County, West Virginia. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes The role involves hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun. 5+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
