Now hiring: air conditioning service engineer (Kentucky)

Great opportunity: we are hiring an air conditioning service engineer in Estill County, Kentucky. The job is at a refrigeration and cooling firm. Day to day you will check superheat and subcooling to confirm the correct gas charge; charge and top up refrigerant (R32, R410A) off the manifold gauges; mount indoor and outdoor split units on wall brackets and level them; evacuate the system with a vacuum pump and confirm a deep vacuum. What we are looking for: • Own set of hand tools, gauges and flaring kit preferred • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolds • Able to handle refrigerant safely and aware of F-Gas rules Rotating shifts.
