Motor grader operator • Meigs County, Tennessee

Immediate opening: we are hiring a motor grader operator in Meigs County, Tennessee. You will be based in an open-cast mine. Ideal candidate: • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures • Valid heavy equipment / plant operator licence Day-to-day duties: • Load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely • Work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals • Carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension • Read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles • Grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
