On a typical shift you will shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer; pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder; check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull; measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates; straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains. Requirements: • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement We offer $2,500 per month plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift.
