Great opportunity: maintenance painter (South Carolina)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a maintenance painter in Lancaster County, South Carolina. On the job you will handle: • Mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting • Measure up and work out paint and material quantities • Cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames • Sand and fill walls before applying primer • Prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer • Lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture Requirements: • A good eye for clean lines and an even finish • Physically fit for standing, bending and reaching all day 4+ years on the tools preferred.
