Great opportunity: we are hiring a counter butcher in Pierce County, North Dakota. On the job you will handle: • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter 1+ years on the tools preferred.
